Master class 1 - mr. David Chai, animated film director and professor at the animation department of the San Jose University 2017 Neum Animated Film Festival

Second day of NAFF was opened with a first festival lecture for 2017 which was held by the president of the official jury, mr. David Chai, animated film director and professor at the animation department of the San Jose University. Chai expressed his gratitude for the invitation to Neum and BiH and a great pleasure upon finding out that so many young people in BiH are into art and animated film which is evident from the growing number of animation students as well as animation enthusiasts, which is something his fellow colleagues in the USA cannot say, he added. Concerning his work, Chai pointed our how a larger part of his inspiration comes from students who he had worked with and stories from their life.
